Black Friday Haul

Even though it is officially December and only 20 days until Christmas several of you asked for my Black Friday Haul! I shopped all the sales from Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday and can say I'm done shopping and even scored some amazing deals for myself!

My go to stores are always the following:

For clothes: I always hit Old Navy for clothing for everyone. Whether you are looking for your mom, your sister, your boyfriend, you can always find amazing deals at Old Navy, especially on Black Friday! (other favorites for clothing includes Loft, Banana Republic, and Kohl's)

For electronics, movies, & music: Target is a must for anything on Black Friday and Cyber Monday but especially for steals on electronics, movies and music! Movies and TV shows start around $4 and max at $10 and music starts somewhere around $6. If your anything like me this is when I stock up on new music and movies!

For paper products & planners: Rifle Paper Co. is one of my favorite stores ever! I always plan on buying my new years calendar and planner on Black Friday from Rifle! They always have a great discount at this time and I also grab a few Christmas cards and stocking stuffers while I'm at it!

For cosmetics: Colourpop is my go to regardless because you can't beat the prices but for Black Friday they pulled out all the stops and had sales and specials galore! Needless to say I stocked up for myself and my friends! (other favorites include Ulta and Sephora)

For jewelry: I said it last year but Dillard's always kills it with the fashion jewelry being an extra half off and the selection is beyond! Also BaubleBar had an amazing sale for the holiday so I grabbed a few things for myself!

Below I've linked several things I purchased myself as well as things that are on my wishlist still, hope you all enjoy this Black Friday Haul!!!

Colourpop has been killing it launching tons of new products so they are in here with a few things this month! I've been living for their setting and priming sprays, I can not do my makeup without them! Also the highlight palette is like no other and the price is right for 6 highlights! Next up for eyes I'm obsessed with the Jaclyn Hill Palette from Morphe! Jaclyn killed it with these shadows, its the one palette you need in your collection! My favorite blush this month has been the Kylie Cosmetics blush in the shade Barely Legal, it's the perfect tone for summer and will take me into fall, I love it! Finally these mascaras have been the best and the combo is everything you want! L'oreal's Lash Paradise is perfection for everyday, it gives you the perfect lashes. For a little bit something extra I use the Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara it gives you something more and is perfect for lengthening those lashes!

Fall Inspired Make-up Look

Sticking with my recent fall theme, I wanted to share my make-up look from my latest fashion post! I've been getting a lot of questions about what products I use as well as how did I achieve this warm smokey look. Below I will be sharing a kind of step by step of how to get this look as well as the products my best friend and I used to achieve this look!

First things first-

You moisturize my face as well as prime it. Then apply foundation and concealer as well as fill in your brows.

Next start working on those smoldering golden smokey eyes by applying a goldish tone to the crease and working it up towards the brow, blend, blend, blend.

Still building on the eyes take a more orange based color and blend that into the crease as well, blending and starting to blow it out, still leaving your lids bare.

Now to take those colors to the lid. Apply those more goldy tones to the lids. Then go in with a darker brown and working on the outer v of your eyes giving a winged shadow affect. Take those colors to your bottom lash line as well and really blend it to give the shadow a blown out look.

Finally apply a thick cat eye with your blackest liquid liner, coat your lashes with mascara, and if your feeling bold apply some falsies! Give your inner corners a little bit of highlight as well!

Once that is all done go in with a natural looking contour and blush to keep the rest of your face natural since the eye and lip are a main focus. Completely finish the look by lining the lips, then go in with a cranberry or deep burgundy liquid lipstick!

Review: Target Beauty Box

Target Beauty Box! Yes our favorite store has jumped on the subscription beauty box craze and let me tell you it does not disappoint! The September box came with 7 products, three of which were full size products and the rest deluxe samples! This is already worth the $10, as well as every product was great! Below is the list of products found in this month's box and what I thought!

OGX- Renewing Coconut Milk Conditioner

This is a great everyday conditioner. It leaves hair feeling hydrated and smooth, smells wonderful as well!

S.W. Basics- Organic Lip Balm

I don't usually wear lip balm but this is great and feels nice on your lips. I put it on before bed and it helps moisturize and heal my lips!

Maybelline- The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara

This mascara is absolutely awesome! The name speaks for itself, lashes look long and fluffy and it gives drama to your eyes without looking overdone.

Rimmel- The Only 1 Lipstick in Best of the Best

I love Rimmel lipstick and this one is no different. Lip products that have a harsh smell aren't my favorite, this one has a wonderful scent that is subtle and smells yummy. The color is vibrant and I love that is is smooth and creamy!

EDEN BodyWorks- JojOba Deep Conditioner

This is a great conditioner for when your hair needs extra care and attention. I love deep conditioning my hair every few weeks to give my hair an extra boost. This deep conditioner helps revitalize and repair your hair and is amazing!

Laneige- Water Bank Moisture Cream

Believe me when I say you must go out and buy this right now! I have been putting this cream on my face right before bed and it does wonders! I wake up with clearer and more moisturized skin, without feeling oily. This is now a staple in my skin care routine.

Biore- Baking Soda Cleanser

Biore has never done me wrong and this product is no exception. This cleanser leaves your face feeling clean and fresh. I noticed it helps calm my skin and redness without being harsh. This is a great product!
